Because of what happened in Philadelphia and the way Starbucks resolved the situation with money and a free on line education just to keep from going to court. The result is people coming out of the woodwork to stir things up and get free money. Starbucks idea of giving racial lessons to their employees don't cut it. These people want free money. Starbucks needs to get proactive in saving their great name from these nobodys.
